I was able to access the website and order from my phone, which was helpful because I was in the mountains of Georgia at the time. My daughter said the flowers were beautiful when she called to thank me, but they only lasted about 3 days. That was disappointing, given the price.

I was very disappointed with the product that was received. The arrangement was very small. It had few flowers than the photo on the web which was listed as a $55 dollar arrangement; and, I ordered the $65 upgrade. Some of the flowers were brown around the edges. Many people where I work use True Colors. Since this was for my executive assistant, many saw them; everyone was in disbelief that they came from True Colors. The delivery was very fast, though. Overall a very disappointing experience.
